Jenny Daley, President and CEO
As President and CEO, Jenny is leading Omega Performance in what is perhaps the most exciting phase of growth since our inception in 1976.
One of the company’s most tenured staff, Jenny first joined the growing team as a business development manager in Australia, and quickly rose through the ranks to become managing director of Asia-Pacific (APAC). As managing director of APAC, Jenny established several regional initiatives to increase customer value by bringing about operational efficiency and enhanced customer satisfaction. In 2012, Jenny moved to our global headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, to serve as Chief Operating Officer.
Jenny possesses extensive hands-on experience with Omega Performance’s credit training solutions, having worked with clients at all functional levels to develop and implement successful, multidisciplinary performance improvement programs.
Jenny’s extensive career in the financial services industry includes more than 20 years in sales and management across a variety of business environments. In addition to holding leadership roles in learning and development, her career includes experience in foreign exchange, branch management, mortgage broking, and commercial banking. Jenny holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Adult Education from the University of New England, Armidale, New South Wales, Australia.
Richard Beaumont, Director of Operations and Learning Technology
As Director of Operations and Learning Technology, Richard is responsible for leading a team focused on maintaining, improving, and creating innovative technical solutions for the delivery of Omega Performance’s online training.
Richard has several years of experience establishing best practices in information technology and corporate training functions. He has experience in the development and delivery of classroom-based and online training courses and assessments, and the procurement and implementation courses in the domains of IT, finance, and soft skills. Directly prior to joining Omega Performance, Richard led the complex, full life cycle delivery of learning technology systems for a large financial institution. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK.
Colleen VanDyke, Director of Design and Development
As Director of the Design and Development, Colleen leads the organization’s instructional designers, multimedia developers, and editors. The team leads the development of all new solutions as well as supporting client customization requests across all of our curricula.
Prior to joining Omega Performance, Colleen worked for MHI Global, leading various design and product development functions. Under her leadership, the group merged global design operations across Miller Heiman, Huthwaite, and AchieveGlobal. Colleen led the Huthwaite team that launched the modernized SPIN Solution Suite, including SPIN 2.0. Earlier in her career, as an Associate Director at the American Bankers Association, Colleen was one of the founding leaders of the organizaiton’s custom training subsidiary.
Colleen earned her Bachelor of Science in Adult Education from the University of Delaware, and her Master of Arts in Human Resource Development at The George Washington University.
Colin Whitehouse, Managing Director of Sales, North America
As Managing Director of Sales in North America, Colin helps craft and lead the organization’s sales and business development strategy.
Prior to joining Omega Performance, Colin was a key contributor for 15+ years with Learning Tree International, a global IT and management training organization. Serving in multiple roles within the Enterprise Solutions team, he collaborated with clients throughout the sales cycle to support large-scale training program implementations.
Colin began his career as a high school teacher after earning his Bachelor of Arts, and teaching certification, from the University of Mary Washington.
Willie Tan, Director of Sales, Asia-Pacific
As Director of Sales in the APAC region, Willie is responsible for the provision of technical training solutions to a portfolio of major national and international financial institutions. Willie’s role focuses on establishing strong and trusted working relationships with clients to ensure that client business goals are achieved.
With 17 years of prior international banking experience with APAC-based divisions of Citigroup, HSBC, ABN AMRO, and DBS Group, Willie has extensive knowledge of the region’s banking and financial services industry operating landscape, dynamics, and human capital development needs.
Willie graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and obtained his MBA from California State University (Sacramento) in International Business Management. He also holds a diploma in Adult Continuous Education from the Singapore Institute of Adult Learning.
Mark Stewart, Director of Sales, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa
As Director of Sales in the EMEA region, Mark leads the region’s sales and business development activities with a personal, hands-on approach, working extensively across the territory to craft solutions with clients.
Mark has 12 years of experience with Omega Performance, both in EMEA and in China. Prior to joining Omega Performance, he worked in mergers and acquisitions for a structured finance firm and spent several years in financial services consulting with IBM/PwC, where he was the firm’s Global Subject Matter
Expert for Front Office Banking. Mark also has three years of experience working in a UK bank, managing the risk on margin spreads for commercial and residential mortgages, off-balance sheet lending, and loan securitization. Mark has an MBA from the Oxford School of Business where he specialized in corporate finance, accounting, and quantitative methods.
Laura Poggi, Director of Marketing
As Director of Marketing, Laura is responsible for Omega Performance’s global brand management and marketing. With her results-oriented attitude, she drives company growth through creative, innovative, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining Omega Performance, Laura worked for and led rebranding and digital marketing initiatives at a variety of eLearning and IT companies. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management and Theatre from the College of Charleston.
