About Our Facilitator
Cindi Campana has been in banking for more than 20 years with responsibilities that include management, consulting, and organization development as well as line experience. With her extensive background, Cindi brings a wealth of expertise to her role as product manager, sales and service development at Omega Performance.
Prior to joining Omega Performance, Cindi was affiliated with an international bank in New York. Her roles included branch manager, cluster manager, and training manager where she successfully implemented a sales culture throughout the retail organization. After 11 years, Cindi moved to a community bank in the Washington D.C. area, first as a regional manager. Cindi's certification in teamwork skills transferred to the success of creating a collaborative group of managers that focused on top performance results within the organization. Cindi then became the sales champion where she was introduced to Omega's sales and sales management programs and was instrumental in implementing the programs throughout all lines of business in the organization. Cindi's most recent experience was with a regional bank, starting in a sales and marketing role for the Region, and moving to a line position responsible for driving successful results.
Cindi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and holds her investment and life insurance licenses. She is co-author of the Omega Performance eBook, Revealed: Top Deposit Growth Techniques.
