Omega Performance Corporation Privacy Notice

1. Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors
Omega Performance automatically collects and/or tracks (1) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer, and type of Web browser of visitors to Omega Performance's Web site, (2) the e-mail addresses of visitors that communicate with Omega Performance via e-mail, (3) information knowingly provided by the visitor in online forms, registration forms, and surveys, and (4) user-specific information on what pages visitors access.

Omega Performance collects information you voluntarily agree to provide us through the form provided on the Web site. Information collected includes limited personal data: your name, address, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address.

Omega Performance may occasionally place Internet cookies on visitors' hard drives. Visitors may opt out of having their personal information collected by Omega Performance by contacting Omega Performance.

5. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
Upon request via postal mail, e-mail, or phone, Omega Performance will provide to visitors a summary of any personal information retained by Omega Performance regarding the visitor. Visitors may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from Omega Performance's database. Omega Performance will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.

6. Omega Performance's Right to Contact User
Omega Performance reserves the right to contact site visitors regarding privacy policy, or any other policies or agreements relevant to site visitors.

7. Omega Performance's Right to Change Privacy Policy
Omega Performance reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying visitors of the existence and location of the new or revised privacy policy.
