Liesel Kittlitz

Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Operations

As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Operations, Liesel is responsible for aligning the front-line marketing functions across Omega’s worldwide network, partnering with sales, and ensuring that the company’s back-office operational functions deliver value and return on investment for Omega’s clients.

Liesel has been with Omega Performance for 13 years in a variety of managerial roles in development, delivery, publications, and production. Her broad experience in the organization has enabled her to develop expertise in all of Omega’s lines of business and solutions areas as well as a thorough knowledge of clients’ performance improvement needs.

Prior to joining Omega Performance, Liesel served in communications-related roles for both the Wake County Public School System and a subsidiary of J.A. Jones. In these positions, she focused on writing business-winning and grant proposals.

Liesel graduated with honors from James Madison University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. She is a candidate for her MBA in Finance from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte.
