Jenny Daley
Managing Director
Australia and New Zealand
Jenny Daley brings 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to Omega Performance. As Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand, Jenny oversees operations, sales, and solutions delivery throughout Australia and New Zealand. She and her team of relationship managers and consultants are responsible for establishing strong working relationships with clients through developing and implementing performance improvement solutions that achieve business goals.
Prior to this position, Jenny served as Consulting Services Manager, Asia/Pacific for Omega Performance where she led a team of consultants and facilitators. Jenny was responsible for designing and implementing executive and senior level sales, sales management, and coaching solutions throughout Asia/Pacific.
Prior to her association with Omega Performance, Jenny held key management positions in banking including commercial, retail, treasury, and learning and development.
Jenny holds a Bachelor of Adult Education and a Masters of Adult Education from the University of New England, Armidale.
