Omega Performance and ACB Agree to End Partnership

Companies mutually decide to end three-year relationship in pursuit of new business opportunities.

Charlotte, NC (July 20, 2007) -- Omega Performance announced today that a mutual agreement has been reached with America's Community Bankers (ACB) to discontinue their three-year business alliance. In an exclusive partnership formed in July 2004, the companies joined forces to help ACB members boost profits in commercial and consumer banking with Omega Performance's credit, sales and service, and contact center solutions.

"The partnership between Omega Performance and ACB has served our company well," said Mario Berard, Omega Performance president and CEO. "It provided us with a strong trade association alliance that enabled us to connect with the community bank market. But now it is time for Omega Performance to pursue other opportunities within community banking as we grow our share of this segment of the financial services marketplace."

Omega Performance's solutions enable community banks to compete more effectively in commercial and consumer markets by balancing credit risk and opportunity, attracting and retaining profitable customer relationships, and turning routine service requests into sales opportunities.
