Performance Analysis - Credit Unions

Purpose - Performance Analysis provides a clear and impartial picture of your credit union’s sales and service climate, from an internal as well as an external perspective. Generally conducted over a two-day period, the analysis is designed to give you comprehensive and objective data that you can use to make decisions that will prepare your credit union for successful change. Spearheaded by an Omega Performance Senior Consultant, the analysis positions you to:

  • Review your business objectives and performance development strategies
  • Determine the status of current-to-desired activities and behaviors for each level and position within your sales and service organization
  • Build or refine a sales and service solution that delivers the business results you want and need, creates the member experience that will fulfill your brand promise to the marketplace, and enables you to sustain and maximize these results into the future

What Is Included

Onsite qualitative research, performed by an Omega Performance Senior Consultant, assisted by other Omega Performance team members as appropriate, consists of:

  • Meetings with all levels of management
  • Focus groups that represent all levels and primary functions of your credit union
  • One-on-one interviews with a cross-section of positions
  • First-hand assessment of the member experience at the front line via "mystery shops"
  • Benchmarking of current relationship-deepening behaviors

A findings report that pinpoints your team’s strengths and areas of vulnerability in the pursuit of your business objectives is presented via PowerPoint slides and supplemented by a written report as requested.
