Caroline Gray To Judge 2003 Brandon Hall Awards For Excellence In E-Learning

Charlotte, N.C., May 19, 2003 — Omega Performance, worldwide partner to results-driven leaders in financial services, announced today that Caroline Gray, director, technology-based learning, has been selected to judge the 2003 Brandon Hall Awards for Excellence in E-Learning.

In its seventh year and the first recognition program dedicated entirely to the e-learning industry, the Brandon Hall Awards program spotlights the industry's best and shares information about what the best are doing. As a member of the judging panel, Gray will evaluate the best and brightest the e-learning industry has to offer in three categories: Best Practices, Custom Content and Innovative Technology. Winners will be announced on September 24 at the Online Learning 2003 Conference & Expo in Los Angeles.

As director, technology-based learning for Omega Performance, Gray works with financial institutions worldwide to develop and implement technology-based retail and commercial learning interventions that achieve business goals, including internationally recognized multimedia job simulations. She is a past Brandon Hall gold winner in instructional design and use of media, a nine-time CINDY (Cinema in Industry Awards)
award winner and a six-time winner of the ASTD award.

"This is an extremely prestigious designation and on behalf of the Omega Performance team, I'd like to congratulate Caroline on her selection as a judge," said Juan Gutierrez, president and chief executive officer for Omega Performance. "Having been recognized for her depth of knowledge and expertise in the e-learning field is truly an honor, one of which the entire company is proud."
