John Golden

John Golden, President and CEO

John Golden joined Omega Performance as President and CEO in June 2010. Prior to his work with Omega Performance, John served as Senior Vice President of Education and Business Development at the Mortgage Bankers Association, where he was responsible for the restructuring and sustainable growth of the CampusMBA business unit. This included creating and executing a new marketing strategy, establishing standards for operating and quality control, and implementing cost controls to maximize profit margins.

John joined the Mortgage Bankers Association after serving as Vice President of Educational Services at Learning Sciences International, a startup company providing professional development products for K–12 educators. In this role, he was responsible for defining and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy. Before that, he was Vice President of Products and Programs and a member of the senior executive team at New Horizons CLC, the world’s largest independent information technology training company. At New Horizons, John managed a $32 million business unit responsible for sourcing, building, and providing products and services to franchise locations in more than fifty countries.



Connie Hritz


Connie Hritz, Senior Vice President of Development & Delivery

As Senior Vice President of Development and Delivery, Connie is responsible for leading a team of instructional designers, product managers, developers, and editors focused on creating solutions in Omega Performance's core curricula: commercial and consumer credit, and commercial and consumer sales and sales management. She also leads the consulting team, which delivers Omega's targeted solutions to our clients.

Prior to this position, Connie served as Product Manager of Omega’s Contact Center practice, creating workshop, online, and consulting offerings. She also has served as an Omega Performance Senior Consultant, specializing in management development, retail sales culture implementation, cross-sell strategies, and coaching at all levels.



Liesel Kittlitz

Liesel Kittlitz, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & Operations

As Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Operations, Liesel is responsible for aligning the frontline marketing functions across Omega Performance's worldwide network, partnering with sales, and ensuring that the company's operational functions deliver value and return on investment for Omega's clients.

Liesel has been with Omega Performance for over 15 years in a variety of managerial roles in development, delivery, publications, and production. Her broad experience in the organization has enabled her to develop expertise in all of Omega's lines of business and solution areas, as well as a thorough knowledge of clients' performance improvement needs, solutions, and implementations.



Joseph Sparacino


Joseph Sparacino, Managing Director of North America

As Managing Director of North America, Joseph leads a team of highly skilled relationship managers covering the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. He also consults on new product development and contributes to overall corporate strategy.

Before joining Omega Performance, Joseph owned and managed a consulting firm specializing in sales and sales leadership effectiveness. His company partnered with more than fifty financial services companies to enhance their sales performance. Prior to that, he held key positions as part of an extensive banking career, including regional vice president, senior relationship manager, commercial lender, and credit officer. His line experience spans several business segments, including small business, asset-based lending, corporate and specialized banking, and treasury management.



Jenny Daley


Jenny Daley, Managing Director of Asia and the Pacific

As Managing Director of Asia and the Pacific, Jenny is responsible for Omega Performance's operations, sales, and delivery throughout Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and China. Her role involves establishing strong working relationships with clients to develop and design solutions to successfully achieve business goals.

Jenny has extensive experience with Omega Performance's retails sales and service programs, including project management, facilitator training, and program customization. She has worked with clients at the executive level to develop and implement effective sales and management practices, and has facilitated workshops to help managers and their employees improve results. Jenny has also worked at the senior level as an executive coach.



Brian Weaver


Brian Weaver, Managing Director of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

As Managing Director of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Brian is responsible for sales, operations, and delivery in countries spanning three continents. His role involves developing and leading the implementation of performance improvement solutions that achieve the business goals of the diverse clients with whom he works.

Brian brings more than 35 years of experience in the financial services sector to Omega Performance. Before joining Omega Performance, he held various senior-level positions at leading financial service organizations and business psychology consultancies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His assignments have spanned a range of organizational issues, from standard training and evaluation to major change initiatives.
